Belianske Tatras offer visitors all year round many recreational activities suitable for everyone, from professionals to seniors and families with children. Skiing and mountain hiking in the High and Belianske Tatras prevails, but in addition to them there are also other recreational activities like mountain biking, rafting and so on.

The Belianska Cave in the Tatranska kotlina is only 10 km away from our B&B and is among the most visited show caves in Slovakia. Except for bizarre rocky shapes, it is known by rich occurrence of calcite fills.

In the near vicinity (27 km) is the largest golf resort in Slovakia called Black Stork with 27 holes.

If you want to relax by the water you can find it in nearby thermal pools

Lovers of architectural monuments will be impressed to see

In addition to water recreation, there are other things to do like playing tennis (tennis courts in Bachledova dolina) – only 6 km from our B&B.

Lovers of adrenaline and fun will enjoy playing paintball directly in Ždiar - 4 km from our B&B

River Dunajec, about 50 km from our B&B is ideal for rafting. Less experienced will enjoy river raft trip on traditional wooden Goral rafts through the largest natural canyon in Central Europe.  The embarking port is located at the start in cerveny Klastor by the Pltnik B&B. The route is 11 km long, through the entire canyon, ending in the district of Lesnica.  We offer our guests 20% discount from the ticket price.

For lovers of mountain biking resort Bachledova dolina offers newly built Bikepark (5.5 km from our B&B). A downhill track with the length of 1700 m and superelevation of 250 m is built here. It is designed for experienced cyclists and racers but it is possible to avoid all demanding spots and obstacles. For the upcoming season they plan to complete the free-ride track.Besides, in the surroundings of the bike park, about 130 km of mountain cycling tracks have been marked where beginners and occasional cyclists, as well as experienced cross-country and all-mountain riders will come to their own.
 

Since the distance from Ždiar to Polish border is 10 km, there is located Morskie Oko (1395,4 msl.)- the largest Tatras mountain lake in Polish Tatras. Area 34.93 ha, depth of 50.8 m. Lake is of glacial origin.
